Delhi Retina Meet 2019 was our Fifth National meeting hosted on August 24th and 25th at New Delhi.

This meeting was rated as one of the most interactive and interesting meetings.

The highlights of DRM 2019 were Courses and Sessions on Myopic Tractional Maculopathy by Dr. Barbara Parolini, Italy, Complex Diabetic Surgeries by Dr. Hassan Mortada, Egypt and Imaging of PCV and other interesting disorders brilliantly elucidated by Dr. Lim Tock Han, Singapore.

We also had an exclusive work shop on “Autologous RPE-Choroid Transplant” by Barbara Parolini on Saturday, August 24th. She shared tremendous experience on the subject and explained step by step surgical approach for this surgical technique. Work shop, gave a great opportunity to registered delegates for having one to one interaction with the instructor.

Session on managing severe trauma by Dr. Hassan Mortada was a great learning experience for both younger and experienced retinologists.
